September Session: Deep Focus Live at the Staunton Hub

$15.00

You know the thing you keep moving to tomorrow's list.

The website copy that's been ninety percent done since June. The pricing page you've rewritten twice and published never. The email you've drafted in your head fourteen times.

This is ninety minutes to actually do it.

How it works

We start at 6:00 with quick introductions so you know who's in the room and what everyone's working on. Then we split into two spaces, and you choose your mode:

Quiet Focus Heads down, headphones on, no talking. For the work that falls apart the moment someone asks you a question.

Collab Lab Talk it through, ask for a second opinion, get another set of eyes on it. For the work that's stuck because you've been staring at it alone for three weeks.

You can move between them. Some people start quiet and end up needing to talk it out. Some do the opposite. There's no wrong way to use the time.

We'll close at 7:30 with a quick round of what got done.

Come with something specific

This is the one thing we'll ask of you. Not "work on my business," but one concrete task you could plausibly finish or make real progress on in ninety minutes.

A few that work well:

  • Writing or rewriting one page of website copy

  • Building the invoice template you keep meaning to make

  • Drafting the email you've been avoiding

  • Updating your pricing, for real this time

  • Cleaning up your bookkeeping backlog

  • Outlining next quarter's content

Body doubling isn't a productivity trick. It works because it's harder to open a new tab when the woman across the table is clearly working.

Getting set up on Circle

We're moving the VWC member portal and community over to Circle, and we'll have someone at this session to help you get logged in and find your way around.
