Monday Morning Reset First Monday of the month | 10:00 – 11:00 AM Set your goals for the month alongside women doing the same. Bring your calendar. Members
Virtual Deep Focus Session Second Wednesday of the month | 12:00 – 1:00 PM One hour, cameras on, everyone working on the thing they've been avoiding. Members
Yoga with SolFlo Collective Fridays | 12:00 PM Free for VWC members through our partnership with SolFlo Collective. Members, free
Walk & Talk Tuesdays | 6:00 PM | Constitution Park, Waynesboro Meet us in the lot off Short St. No registration, no cost. Bring a friend or bring your dog. Open to everyone
Tennis Club Wednesdays | 5:30 PM warm-up, 6:00 – 7:00 PM play | Mary Baldwin University courts Beginners genuinely welcome. All you need is a racket. Open to everyone

VWC Content Day | Thursday, August 27 | 6:00 - 7:30 PM
Spend the day making content you'll actually use. We'll set up styled stations, ring lights, and tripods, and you shoot on your own phone at your own pace, surrounded by a group of women who will hype you up and tell you when the lighting is off. Members bring one guest free.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Why We Started & Where We’re Going
In 2023, Megan Burrows, owner of Burrow & Vine, envisioned an event to highlight women-owned businesses in her downtown community for International Women’s Day. With a significant number of small businesses being women-owned and operated, this became a natural opportunity to amplify their journeys and successes. The event’s overwhelming success and collaboration inspired Megan to expand the vision for 2024.
To take it to the next level, she partnered with Joa Garcia, founder of Prism Consulting, and Breanna Decker-Grant, founder of Juniper Lane, to enhance the event’s impact and streamline logistics. Together, they curated a weekend filled with live music, pop-up vendors, expert panels, and more, bringing new energy and growth to the celebration.
What began as a single weekend event is now a year-round organization. Women entrepreneurs told us they wanted community, accountability, education, and real chances to grow, so VWC now runs ongoing programming, monthly member sessions, and a membership built to support women in business all year long. The International Women's Day weekend is still our cornerstone, but it is no longer the whole story.
